Quality Forum Health Talks

Quality Forum Health Talks Overview

What are your hopes for a better health care system?

This is the question we’ve asked our guest presenters and for you to reflect on. You’re invited to an engaging evening to hear inspiring ideas from speakers on a variety of topics in healthcare. Guest speakers will share their stories, whether they are personal or professional, which envision an improved health care system. Speakers will be using a unique presentation style based on the Pecha Kucha methodology. That is, visual storytelling where each speaker has 20 slides, shown for exactly 20 seconds each to explain their bold ideas for health care. Our hope is that Health Talks will leave you feeling inspired on what a patient-centered, quality health care system could look like.

On March 7th, join the conversation on Twitter by using the hashtag #HealthTalks.

What is Pecha Kucha?

PechaKucha 20×20 is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images forward automatically and you talk along to the images. Here’s a stunning example by Dr. Val Jones “A Tale of Two e-Patients.”
