Register today for Quality Forum 2014!
From 56 breakout sessions and breakfast meetings to Health Talks and a full-day deep dive session, there’s something for everyone. Many sessions fill up fast, and the Forum sold out in 2012 and 2013, so register quickly to ensure your spot!
When registering, you will be asked to select the session that you would like to attend during each of the Forum’s seven breakout periods. For details about each session, please refer to our Registration Guide.
Quality Forum 2014
Regular Registration: $275
Out-of-Province Registration: $375
Student Registration: $150
Includes: access to the Forum’s plenary speaker and breakout sessions, the Storyboard Reception as well as breakfast and lunch breaks each day.
Pre-Forum Deep Dive Session
Includes: access to the pre-Forum session as well as breakfast and lunch.
*Registration fees do not include taxes.
Registration Changes and Cancellations
Once you have registered, you may return to your registration profile at any time to make changes to your breakout session selections (as long as the new session(s) you wish to register for have not yet reached capacity). A link to your registration profile will be provided in the confirmation message sent to you upon registering.
To cancel your registration, please send an email to QualityForum@bcpsqc.ca. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 + tax administrative fee if received on or before February 8, 2013. Cancellations received after February 8 are not eligible for a refund.
