Many sessions fill up fast, and the Forum has sold out in each of its three years, so register quickly to ensure your spot!
We hope you have a hard time deciding the workshops and sessions that you’ll attend!
When registering, you will be asked to select the session that you would like to attend during each of the Forum’s seven breakout periods.

Quality Forum 2015 [registration guide]
Regular Registration: $295
Out-of-Province Registration: $395
Student Registration: $150
Includes: access to plenary and breakout sessions, the Storyboard Reception, and all breakfast and lunch breaks.
Pre-Forum Deep Dive Sessions [info]
Includes: access to 1 full-day session as well as breakfast and lunch.

Registration Changes and Cancellations
Once you have registered, you may return to your registration profile at any time to make changes to your breakout session selections (as long as the new session(s) you wish to register for have not yet reached capacity). A link to your registration profile will be provided in the confirmation message sent to you upon registering.
To cancel your registration, please send an email to QualityForum@bcpsqc.ca. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 (+ GST) administrative fee if received on or before February 8, 2015. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.
