Diarmid is the coordinator of the climate change and health program at the World Health Organization headquarters, having worked on climate change and health for 20 years. Among his many accomplishments, Diarmid has played key roles in the development of the first quantitative estimates of the overall health impacts of climate change.
Penny is the director of the Q initiative, a network of over 3,500 people with expertise in improvement in the UK health system. She has spent her career leading improvement work at the local and national level in the English National Health Service, with particular expertise in process and system redesign and leading strategic change across organizations.
