This year’s Quality Forum features pre-Forum and breakout sessions, breakfast meetings, field trips, full-day pre-Forum sessions, Health Talks, and more! Space is limited for some of our special activities, so register quickly to claim your spot!

When registering, you will be asked to select the session that you would like to attend during each of the Forum’s seven breakout periods. For details about each session, please refer to our Registration Guide.
Quality Forum 2017 (March 2 & 3) SOLD OUT
Regular Registration: $325
Out-of-Province Registration: $425
Full-time Student Registration: $150**
Includes: Access to the plenary speaker and breakout sessions; Quips, Quandries and Comebacks: A Quality Debate; the Storyboard Reception; optional breakfast meetings and fitness activities; and breakfast and lunch breaks each day.
*Registration fees do not include GST.
**Full-time students with proof of enrollment at an accredited institution and who are attending the event in that capacity.
Pre-Forum Sessions (March 1) SOLD OUT
Includes: Access to the pre-Forum session as well as breakfast and lunch.
Health Talks (March 1) SOLD OUT
Once you have registered, you may return to your registration profile at any time to make changes to your breakout session selections (as long as the new session(s) you wish to register for have not yet reached capacity). A link to your registration profile will be provided in the confirmation message sent to you upon registering.
To cancel your Quality Forum registration, please send an email to email@example.com. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee if received on or before February 15, 2017. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.
